Anchorage Daily News developed a new program geared toward marketing agencies in partnership with Yahoo!. ADN came to AadlandFlint for ways to generate intrigue and excitement about this new program.
The new program was to be unveiled at a special event. How do you generate excitement about the program and event? By speaking to how attending this event will make their lives easier in a fun, clever way.
AadlandFlint developed the event invitation by taking a two-cup coffee container with a cup of fresh coffee on one side and a rolled-up version of that morning’s ADN on the other. The invite is stapled to the front of the ADN and boldly stated:
Your morning paper is about to change your whole day.
The supporting invitation copy encouraged them to join ADN for a little information and a big celebration. The event was a success, with high attendance and great response from attendees.
