(Duluth, Minn.,) – Mikaela Hogg, a project manager with Flint Interactive, has earned Google AdWords certification through the Google Advertising Professionals program. Hogg manages Google Adwords environments for Flint Interactive clients, which includes writing and implementing text ads, managing budgets, setting up campaign settings and structure, researching and selecting target keywords and phrases, and monitoring overall campaign activity and performance. She also manages iMarketing environments, organizing and managing databases, creating and analyzing surveys, implementing email designs, creating automated campaigns, and monitoring overall site activity. To earn the certification, Hogg performed hands-on training that included actual management of an AdWords account, completed a series of video tutorials, and passed the Google Advertising Professional Exam. Individuals who complete the training and exam sharpen their knowledge of AdWords and have access to a wealth of current information that is regularly updated. Hogg has been with Flint Interactive for two years. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in mass communications from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.
